How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance ensures we can dedicate our full attention to your date. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests if our calendar permits.

Do you offer initial consultations?

Yes! We offer a complimentary initial consultation, either virtually or in-person. This allows us to understand your vision, discuss themes, and see if we are the right fit for your special day.

Do you provide fresh flowers only?

We specialize in fresh floral arrangements to provide the most fragrant and luxurious experience. However, we also offer high-quality silk florals for specific installations where durability or weather conditions might be a concern, such as outdoor ceiling drapes in summer.

What other decor items do you supply besides flowers?

Beyond florals, we provide comprehensive decor solutions including lighting (chandeliers, fairy lights), drapery, furniture rentals (sofas for stage, chiavari chairs), props, table centerpieces, and custom signage.

Logistics & Setup

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes, our full-service package includes delivery, professional setup, and post-event teardown. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure seamless logistics so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! We love destination weddings. We are based in Kansas but frequently travel across the USA. Travel and accommodation fees for our team will apply for events outside our base city.

Pricing & Payment

What is your minimum budget?

Our bespoke floral and decor services typically start from $500 for intimate events. For full-scale wedding production involving multiple functions (Sangeet, Wedding, Reception), budgets vary based on complexity and guest count. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. A second payment of 25% is due 30 days before the event, and the final 25% balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.
